The Of The Earth rotunda — arched cream walls around a live tree at the center of the dining room

Farm-to-table · Alserkal Avenue, Dubai

Of the earth.
For the table.

An all-day eatery built around what UAE farms grow — harvested in season, baked in-house, served under one warehouse rotunda in Al Quoz.

The philosophy

Everything begins
with the earth.

The menu is written by the season, not the other way around. Produce is harvested at farms across the UAE, brought to Warehouse 60 and cooked the same week it’s pulled from the ground.

At the center of the room, a live tree grows through the chef’s counter — a daily reminder of where every plate starts.

“Not just a restaurant. A place to reset.”

The food

Behind every dish — hands that care.

Seasonal, locally sourced, quality-led. A short menu that highlights what’s grown close to home.

The space

A warehouse that learned to slow down.

Inside Warehouse 60, a cream rotunda opens into arched alcoves — soft light, oak, marble and a tree growing through the chef’s counter.

The people

Named in the reviews, week after week.

“Welcoming staff” is the most-repeated phrase in the reviews. Guests name Lydia, Miriam and Angie the way regulars name a favourite dish.
